One Off Coaching & Adhoc Sessions

One Off Coaching and adhoc sessions is for you if you prefer just a one off coaching session or want to book when you can for adhoc sessions.  The first session will be 1.5 hours long (any separate follow-up sessions will be 45 mins long).

First of all a Wellness Questionnaire is sent to you to be filled in and sent back before the first session.  In the coaching session, we will discuss the questionnaire and then flow from there.

We look at what has and hasn’t been working for you in the past and as a Transformation Wellness Coach I help you devise a plan to help you take that next step in regards to a healthier lifestyle and a healthier mindset. Most of all, it will be a powerful session, but one that will give you the tools to start to move your life forward towards health and wellness, or it can be used to address one specific issue or concern you have.

Furthermore, it is also a great way to see if you feel that going onto the 6 week, or 3 month or 6 month coaching program will be more beneficial for you.


This program includes:

  • Initial first coaching session 1.5 hours
  • Any follow-up coaching sessions will be 45 mins long (to be paid separately)
  • Handouts: meal & exercise planners
  • Visualisation and breathing techniques
  • My personal commitment to help improve your health and success
