How do the sessions work?


I can coach you face to face, over the phone, or over Skype, or a mixture of any of these. I try and work out with you the best and most convenient way and they can always be changed and mixed around if need be with prior notice.

As a Transformation Wellness Coach .. I help to assist you to create your own personalised plan through encouragement, education and support you in creating healthy behaviours within any of the following areas: nutrition, fitness, weight and stress management. I help you get your spark, vitality and zest for life back.

During the coaching sessions we will work out your deep motivators for change, your ultimate vision of the healthiest and happiest you, your strengths, any obstacles that could come up and working out strategies around these.  In addition, there will be weekly and 3 monthly behavioural goals that I will help you to work towards, that provides some accountability and work on your part, but this will help you achieve sustainable change.

Furthermore, this is an exciting journey of empowering you, you will make the change and I am there to help facilitate this powerful change journey. In addition, each session or package is individually tailored to your goals and vision.

  • One off sessions are paid before session begins
  • 6-12 week programs are paid in full in advance
  • 6 month program can be paid in 2 installments
  • Private yoga sessions can be paid weekly or incorporated into the price of the coaching program of      your choice
