This program is great if you are stressed and struggling with your health and wellness. Maybe its issues around your weight, or exercise, sleep patterns or eating habits, or a combination of any of these! This program will help you feel more motivated, to have more energy and vitality and help to you become more in control of your health and wellness.
This program includes:
- Initial first coaching session 1.5 hours
- X 5 follow-up 45 mins weekly coaching sessions for 12 weeks
- Weekly email support Mon to Fri during the program period
- Weekly handouts: tools, exercises, meal & exercise planners
- Visualisation and breathing techniques
- My personal commitment to adjust the program to your needs and giving you the tools and some practical strategies to improve your health and wellbeing
