This is more of an in-depth program if you want to go deeper into what is holding you back and working strategies around these issues and moving you forward to achieving your goals and your vision for the healthiest and happiest you! Plus the inclusions stated above.
The first coaching session will be 1 to 1 and half hours long, then from there weekly coaching sessions approximately 45 mins long. I will be available on email to you each working week for the 6 months.
